But everything we enjoy here exists because people choose to step up.

CRAA is 100% volunteer-run. Every training session, every match day, every youth practice, and every behind-the-scenes task happens because members of our community give a little of their time. Without volunteers, simply put, there is no club.

Right now, we are at a point where we need more hands on deck to keep moving forward and growing stronger.

Key Volunteer Roles We Need to Fill:

• Volunteer Coordinator: Help us organize, support, and appreciate the people who make the club run.

• Minis Coordinator: Lead the charge in organizing rugby for our youngest, most enthusiastic players.

• Website Updates: Keep our online home current, accurate, and looking sharp.

• Social Media & Communications: Share our stories, match highlights, and updates to keep our community connected.

• Coaches: Inspire the next generation, develop skills, and foster a love for the game.

• Members-at-Large: Join our board meetings, share your perspective, and help guide the future direction of the club.

You don’t need a background in sports management or endless free time. You just need to care about the club and be willing to contribute what you can. When more people step forward, the workload is shared, the pressure is lighter, and the club becomes stronger for everyone.
